Accessibility statement
We hold our own site to the same standard we test against. This statement explains what we aim for, how we check it, and how to tell us if we've fallen short.
Last reviewed June 2026.
Our conformance target
This website is designed and built to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. Conformance reflects the site at the time of its most recent review; we re-check it when we make significant changes.
What we do to meet it
- Semantic, standards-based HTML with a logical heading structure and landmark regions.
- Full keyboard operability, with a visible focus indicator on every interactive element.
- Manual testing with the assistive technology people actually use — including NVDA, VoiceOver, and TalkBack — on real desktop and mobile devices.
- Colour contrast checked against the Level AA thresholds.
- A responsive layout that reflows without loss of content down to small screens, plus support for reduced-motion preferences.
Known limitations
We aim to fully conform, and we're not currently aware of any barriers. The site loads its typefaces from a third-party font service; if that service is blocked or unavailable, the site falls back to your system fonts without any loss of functionality. If you find something we've missed, we want to hear about it.
Compatibility
The site is built to work with current versions of major browsers and assistive technologies. It is fully functional without JavaScript; a small script is used only to enhance the navigation menu on small screens.
Tell us about a barrier
If you encounter anything on this site that's difficult to access or use, please let us know — we treat accessibility reports as a priority and will work to resolve them.
