Who we are
Conforma Access is a focused digital accessibility practice built on 8+ years of hands-on software QA and assistive-technology testing. The work is remote, so we partner with teams wherever they are, and it stays deliberately small — there's no hand-off between a salesperson and an offshore tester. You work directly with the person doing the testing.
How we work
Automated tools are fast and useful, but on their own they catch only a slice of what actually trips people up. So every engagement pairs automated coverage with manual testing using the assistive technology people really rely on — NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, and TalkBack — on physical desktop and mobile devices, including native iOS and Android apps. That's how we find the issues a scanner reports clean but a screen-reader user hits on the first tap.
- Websites, web apps, native mobile apps, and documents.
- Tested against WCAG 2.2 Level AA, the standard the major accessibility laws reference.
- Findings mapped to specific success criteria, prioritised by impact, with fixes your developers can act on.
Straight talk on compliance
We talk about conformance, not guarantees. No one can credibly promise that a site is "ADA compliant," "lawsuit-proof," or "certified" — accessibility is a moving target, and legal compliance is a determination for your counsel, not your tester. What we can do is assess your product honestly against WCAG 2.2 AA at the time of testing, tell you exactly where it stands, and give you a clear path to close the gaps. If a vendor promises you a guarantee, that's a reason to be cautious, not reassured.
